The Jokeress series is the creation of Bryan Follins. The theme behind The Jokeress is how we deal with adversity. Often, when bad things happen to us, we react in different ways. Sometimes we react in good ways and sometimes we react in bad ways. The main characters in The Jokeress constantly face adversity which tests their ability to do the right thing. We never know what they will do. They are edgy figures.
The theme of The Jokeress is executed with a science fiction backdrop, with suspense, terror, fantasy, and humorous elements as well. The Jokeress is web noir.
Observers of the series will see a continous slogan: "The Jokeress is a state of mind." This means The Jokeress is a mental and emotional state that may overcome anyone at anytime. This state may cause various emotional conditions, and these conditions may be good or bad.
